Forsyth Employee Gets $160,000 Settlement | Families

Forsyth will pay city employee Windell Rutherford and his attorney $160,000 to settle a civil rights lawsuit he filed against the city. The city will also reimburse all mediation expenses and will employ Rutherford in a position of inventory clerk in the city's electrical department. In return, Rutherford will dismiss his suit against the city.
