Forsyth Gears Up For Forsythia Festival | News

It's the time of year to paint Forsyth yellow. 

The Forsythia Festival is in full swing but if you missed the first few days, plenty of events are still ahead.

The 26th Forsythia Festival is sponsored by Monroe County Bank.

120 vendors will be scattered around the square and up and down South Jackson and Johnston Street. 

Among the events will be food, arts and crafts, and music.

The festival is expected to draw 20,000 people.

There's still a 5k and one-mile run you can sign up for.

The festival ends Sunday.
