How to Recognize Signs of Dog Fighting, a Workshop

The workshop will be held April 21 at 6 p.m. at Foreset Hills Methodist Church.

Central GA CARES is sponsoring an anti-cruelty campaign.

The workshop is open to the public.


Rodeo Comes to Forsyth

A rodeo will come to Forsyth May 6 and 7. 

Find it at the County Recreation Complex.

The rodeo begins at 8 p.m. both nights.

Admission for adults is $8 and $5 for children.

This is presented by Forsyth Lions Club, Monroe County Saddle Club and Georgia High School Rodeo Association.

The County Recreation Complex is located off of I-75 at Exit 188.

Paws for the Cause at Cherry Blossom Festival

Saturday, March 26 - Paws for the Cause sponsored by FURever Friends - Cherry Blossom Festival, Central City Park, Macon

This is an event for all rescue groups in the Middle GA area.

More info will be coming, but we will need volunteers. This is always a fun event, so please volunteer if you can!

There will also be a vaccine and microchip clinic.
